If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, email us at support@stitchywish.in with:

• Order number  
• Video of the unboxing the product

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in design or stitching are normal and not considered defects.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
